Dan is Sydney born and bred but has now called Melbourne home for over 7 years. 
His love of horse racing  started when he was 15 and grew when he began work as a stablehand. His proficiency soon led him to move up the chain of command becoming  Foreman, then Assistant Trainer to some of Australia's best.

Dan has gained valuable experience working in senior positions at many stables including Gai Waterhouse, Pat Webster and Anthony Cummings, before holding down the position of Assistant Trainer to Jason Warren at Deniston Park on the Mornington Peninsula. Currently, Dan has his own small team in work at Cranbourne Training Centre just outside of Melbourne, Victoria.

Obtaining his Trainer License in 2017, Dan is now bringing his knowledge, experience and passion into training his own horses.
